About the course

The College offers an opportunity to study Light Vehicle maintenance and Repair (Motorsport) Principles aimed primarily at those interested in developing their skillset and moving into the Motorsport maintenance and repair industry. A variety of techniques and procedures will be delivered to obtain the knowledge and skills required for routine maintenance and repairs of motorsport vehicles.

You will be using a fully functional up to date Motorsport workshop with 4 Hydraulic Ramps and a Fully equipped workshop with all necessary tools required provided.

The final certificate will be:

City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma In Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and a Myerscough College Certificate in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair

Progression

As a course equivalent to A level the BTEC level 3 Diploma is an ideal spring board for progression to a Foundation Degree or Full Degree depending on UCAS points gained.
